Brendan Pang x Elly & Lin’s Kitchen PotstickerS


    My inspiration behind the recipe is the distinctive earthy and nutty flavours of truffle. The pungent aroma delivers an exquisite taste like no other ingredient, and brings a depth of flavour to the mushrooms. This is certainly a gourmet meal no one should miss out on!


    A staple in everyone’s kitchens, these chicken and prawn dumplings have been carefully flavoured using only the best and freshest ingredients. Made with care and love here in Australia, a bite of tender chicken combined with prawn makes for the perfect, classic dumpling.


    My favourite combination for dumplings would have to be pork and ginger, as the two ingredients have a fine balance between slightly sweet and savoury. The ginger gives a zesty kick to and complements the juicy pork, creating an overall delicious and high quality meal.

Meet Elly & Lin

Grandma Elly started this brand in her little home kitchen, bringing a distinct appreciation for a more traditional, authentic cooking approach to the table. Her granddaughter, Kathleen “Lin’s” modernised, fusion-cooking style creates the perfect blend of the ever-changing food cuisines in the world. Their passion, love and connection with food was procured through home cooked meals with family, and now they are ardent in encapsulating all these dishes for you in their very own kitchen – with the addition of a Brendan Pang touch from myself.

My vision derived from a young age through many inspirational cooks within my own family – in particular my cherished Grandmere, which is what truly makes Elly & Lin a great merit to this collaboration.
